Recalled Car Seats May Endanger Your Child

Graco recently announced that it is recalling 25,000 of its car seats due to defects that could present a danger to your children. The My Ride 65 convertible car seats, which allow kids to ride rear-facing until they are 40 pounds and forward-facing until 65 pounds, may have problems with the webbing that make them unsafe for children in the event of a crash. The problem was discovered through independent testing by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). This is not the first recall of car seats by the company. In 2014, Graco recalled a staggering 3.8 million car seats due to buckles that made it extremely difficult to get kids out of a vehicle. Sausage contains a lot of different ingredients – but metal shards, among other things, should not be one of them. If you have purchased any packaged meat products from Uncle John’s Pride, you should know that many of them have been recalled. Nearly 140,000 pounds of ready-to-eat smoked meat sold in Alabama, Florida and Georgia may contain dangerous extraneous materials that could cause injury. Have you ever gone to Best Buy and found just the right product at just the right value? Well, you might want to reconsider that deal. You might not know what you’re getting, and Best Buy might not know either. Are Defective Products Best Buy’s Specialty? From September 2010 to October 2015, Best Buy sold 600 recalled items to the customers who went to their stores. These recalled items were often Canon cameras, but Gree Dehumidifiers, LG washers and dryers, and Toshiba computers were also among the list of defective items they sold after being recalled. These items were recalled for various reasons—from skin irritation to fire hazards. However, Best Buy continued to sell them in their stores as if these products were safe.
